## Product boundary

BroSettlement provides embedded wallets, DKG-generated 2-of-3 MPC signing with a client-run Co-Signer, transaction lifecycle events, blockchain broadcast and observation, and an append-only ledger for reconciliation.

It is not an OTC desk, exchange, consumer wallet, fiat rail, KYC/KYB provider, Travel Rule provider, or fully managed custodian. Clients own their product experience, business logic, regulatory analysis, compliance stack, fiat integrations, and client-side signing policy.

## Integration model

1. Create an organization and least-privilege service account.
2. Register an Ed25519 public key; keep the private key secret.
3. Sign requests with an API key ID, timestamp, unique nonce, and Ed25519 signature.
4. Create organization-scoped wallets or deposit addresses.
5. Consume lifecycle events idempotently.
6. Run a client-controlled Co-Signer for withdrawal signing policy.
7. Reconcile operational events against immutable ledger entries.
