AML/CFT Notice

Last updated: August 2026

1. Introduction

SPACEBUS OÜ, operating under the BroLabel trade name, is not an obliged entity for AML/CFT purposes and does not currently operate a standard AML/CFT program.

Specific checks may apply only where they are introduced for a particular service and defined by its configuration, the client agreement, applicable requirements, or an engaged provider.

2. Possible KYC/KYB Checks

KYC/KYB may be required for a specific service where this follows from its configuration, contract, jurisdiction, or the requirements of an engaged provider:

Individual clients: Where verification is required, the engaged KYC provider may request an identity document, proof of address, selfie, or other information. The exact requirements are determined by the provider, service, and applicable rules.

Corporate clients: Where KYB is required, registration details, beneficial-owner and director information, and other documents may be requested. Additional review applies only where required by the agreed terms, provider, or relevant rules.

3. Possible Transaction Checks

Where monitoring is configured for a specific service and agreed in the client terms, the following checks may be applied:

Sanctions screening: Depending on the service configuration, selected parties or transactions may be checked against relevant sanctions sources. The sources, screening frequency, and follow-up actions depend on the enabled provider and configured rules.

Blockchain analytics: When AML screening is enabled for the relevant service, on-chain transactions may be checked by third-party blockchain analytics providers. Screening results may require additional review under the configured risk rules.

Behavioral monitoring: Configured rules may flag unusual patterns for additional review. Automated alerts apply only where the relevant monitoring has actually been enabled for the service.

4. Possible Risk Checks

Risk-assessment procedures are not currently operated as a standard BroLabel service. If risk checks are introduced for a specific service, their scope, frequency, responsible parties, and decision process will be agreed in the applicable service terms before they are used.
