2. Products and Current Availability

BroLabel develops financial infrastructure products. The public surfaces currently available are the website, documentation, and simulated demo. Production service access is available only after the relevant product is launched and separately agreed in writing.

BroSettlement API: Embedded MPC wallet and operating ledger infrastructure. Public materials describe the API contract and capabilities; API access is configured separately in the BroSettlement application.

BroWallet: A planned wallet for AI agents that has not launched. MPC controls, asset operations, gas abstraction, supported networks, and production access are still in development.

BroCard: A planned white-label card product that has not launched. The issuer, payment network, mobile wallets, markets, and regulatory roles will depend on future partners and contracts.

3. User Obligations

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use our Services:

Legal use only: You shall not use our Services in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.

No money laundering: You must not use BroLabel services to launder money, finance terrorism, evade sanctions, or otherwise engage in illegal financial activity. AML/CFT checks apply only where configured for the service and provided for in the agreed terms.

Accurate information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and any verification required by the relevant service terms. False information may be grounds for restricting or terminating access.

4. Future API Access

Public documentation and Swagger materials do not by themselves grant API access. Where API access is separately agreed in writing, the applicable service agreement and API terms govern its use.

Rate limits: Any rate limits, throttling rules, or suspension conditions will be defined in the applicable agreement or technical documentation in effect when access is granted.

Authentication: If API credentials are issued, the client is responsible for protecting them and following the authentication, storage, and rotation requirements stated in the applicable agreement and current technical documentation.

Fair use: Any API access that is granted must not be used for automated scraping, denial-of-service attacks, unauthorized data collection, or activity that unreasonably burdens the infrastructure.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, APIs, trademarks, logos, and documentation provided by BroLabel are the exclusive property of SPACEBUS OÜ or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our Services without express written permission. Use of the BroLabel brand or logos requires prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BroLabel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of cryptocurrency assets, or business interruption.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to BroLabel in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination

BroLabel reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately, without notice, if you violate these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at legal@brolabel.io. Data retention obligations following termination are governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia and, where applicable, European Union regulations including the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA). Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tallinn, Estonia, unless otherwise agreed in your service contract.
