What BroSettlement is

What BroSettlement is

BroSettlement is embedded wallet, ledger, and settlement infrastructure for B2B products that need to operate on-chain transaction flows under their own product layer.

It is built for teams that need wallets, signing, transaction lifecycle events, and ledger-grade reconciliation without building the entire custody stack in-house.

BroSettlement is

  • Infrastructure that sits behind your own product and user experience.
  • An embedded wallet layer for creating wallets and deposit addresses programmatically.
  • A DKG and MPC signing system using a 2-of-3 threshold model.
  • A noncustodial architecture where you run a Co-Signer, control a key share, and apply signing policy.
  • A wallet operations layer for deposits, withdrawals, transfers, network broadcast, transaction events, and reconciliation.
  • A ledger-first platform where the append-only journal is the operating record for balances and transaction history.
  • A B2B API product for technical teams.

BroSettlement is not

BroSettlement is not:

  • An OTC desk.
  • A crypto exchange.
  • A consumer wallet or front-end wallet onboarding product by itself.
  • A crypto checkout button or simple payment gateway.
  • A fiat acquiring, banking, SEPA, SWIFT, ACH, or card-processing rail.
  • A bundled KYC/KYB or AML provider.
  • A fully managed custodian that unilaterally controls client funds.
  • A guarantee that your company is licensed, compliant, or MiCA-ready.

When BroSettlement fits

BroSettlement fits when you need to:

  • Create wallets or deposit addresses for many users, merchants, sellers, recipients, players, or accounts.
  • Keep meaningful control over signing through a client-run Co-Signer.
  • Receive real-time transaction lifecycle events.
  • Reconcile product balances against on-chain movement through an append-only ledger.
  • Use wallet and settlement infrastructure beneath your own UX, fiat partners, compliance providers, and business logic.

When it may not fit

BroSettlement may not be the right fit if you only need:

  • A personal wallet.
  • Social login, passkeys, or wallet connectors.
  • A simple crypto checkout button.
  • Bundled fiat rails, banking accounts, card acquiring, KYC/KYB, AML, or Travel Rule automation.
  • A 100+ network enterprise custody suite.
